What do we do?
We help large organizations to change, innovate and accelerate. We help and guide these organizations during large change projects or we can be an extra pair of hands on their team. We work with clients like ASML, Rabobank, and the Dutch government. One project might involve managing a large organizational change, the next designing a learning journey, or organizing a creative event in which you launch a new strategy. As a young professional at Frisse Blikken, you take on real responsibility, work on innovating projects, and contribute to creative and impactful changes.

What about working at Frisse Blikken?
When you join us, you become part of a two-year program designed to kickstart your career. You’ll work on a variety of projects, while also following a personal development track focused on entrepreneurship and projectmanagement skills. We believe that you can learn a lot from and with each other.
